Non-Returnable Items

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time

Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Charges
We offer standard shipping across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include a ₹49 handling fee.
All applicable charges will be shown at checkout before placing the order.
Why is there a COD charge?
Cash on Delivery orders involve additional courier handling and verification costs.
The ₹49 fee helps us cover courier service charges and ensure secure delivery.
(This actually reduces COD refusal rate.)
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor delivery status anytime.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the order is undelivered due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the order, it may be returned to us.
Repeated COD order refusals may lead to future COD restrictions.
Incorrect Address
